Returns
We offer free returns for a full refund within 14 days after the delivery date and free exchanges/store credit within 30 days of delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be intact, with tags attached and original packaging.

If tag is not intact and attached to item(s) upon return, the item(s) will be sent back to the original shipping address.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email when your refund is processed, if approved. 
If approved, we will issue a credit that will automatically be applied to the original payment method.

This transaction might be reflected in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your banks policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you after 10 days credit is not reflected in your account, please contact your credit card company or bank.

If you received a Mijal Este Fashion item as a gift, you are eligible to get a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
